Returns 
Our Return policy lasts for 30 days. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Mail-in returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Please note: Personalized, Clearance, Limited Edition, and customized items are non-refundable. If you have purchased a Le Sort Product from a store front, you must return it to the store and follow their return policies first.


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sales on discounted/clearance items are final! This does not include coupon codes - items purchased with coupon codes are still returnable for original purchased amount not including shipping price.


Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Proof of purchase and damage will be required for an exchange. If you need to exchange for the same replacement item, send us an email at lesortmakeupstudio@gmail.com.
 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that buyer will receive an item. Once we ship, the item it is up to the discrepancy of the shipping provider to reimburse or address the package location. We recommend that you wait at least 2 business days after item marked as “received” before contacting the shipping provider just to insure that it has actually been lost/not delivered. There are always exceptions! Please email us with any questions/concerns!
